How can we tackle complex agri-food challenges that cut across scales, sectors, and actors?
This free, online MOOC draws on 4 years of research and practice from the Horizon Europe ENFASYS project, sharing key insights and lessons in an accessible, non-technical way.
Building on 10 case studies across Europe, the course brings together insights on systems thinking and systems mapping, behavioural studies, policy co-design, and the practice and process of participatory mapping.
Designed for a diverse audience (students, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers), the MOOC focuses not only on tools, but also on the human, political, and ethical dimensions of systems change: power, divergence, collaboration, and learning across scales.
Course start: last week of May 2026
Registrations open: April 2026
Format: fully online, self-paced, free access
